Let's talk mental health

A conversation about how we really feel is an important conversation to be having...

That's why Student Support Services and your Student Union are coming together to help you with your mental health.

On Monday 15th January (at 12pm - 2pm) you can get involved in an informal chat about how you are feeling to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.

However you feel or whatever you're suffering from come get involved and talk to people - it'll help more than you realise!
