That's exactly why Well@Wolves have teamed up with YMCA Changing UR Health 4 Life to bring you the best weekly exercise class that is completely free of charge. What's better, you don't need a gym membership to get involved. Definitely no more excuses!
With workouts specialising in; fat-burning, muscle growth and definition, cardio and all-around fitness, there is something for everybody and it's suitable for all abilities.
- When? Wednesday 6th March
- Time? 4pm - 5pm
- Where? City SU
All you need is a comfortable outfit and a pair of trainers and you're good to go!
