Are you suffering with your mental health?
It's never easy when you're experiencing a mental health problem, but we want to help you the best we can.
You don't have to suffer in silence, we are hosting a mental health support drop-in on campus to offer you support and advice on how you're feeling and try to help you feel better. The sessions will be with a mental health professional who has the knowledge and experience to help you.
Appointments will be around 20-30 and will be focused on you and how you're feeling. It's all worked on a 'first come first served' basis, so if you know that you need support, get down to campus in good time.

When? Tuesday 3rd July from 12pm - 2pm
